Our services
From small and large roof repairs, to extensive restoration works, timber and fascia repairs, and roof cleaning services, Steve and the Elite Roofing team pride ourselves on delivering expertise, attention to detail, and personalised service, using only the best professional quality materials and methods available.
Valley iron replacement
Old and damaged roof valleys — the V-shaped channels where two roof sections meet — can cause leaks and other issues within your roof cavity. Our process involves removing the old metal flashing, replacing it with new Colorbond or zinc to suit your existing roof, then installing Storm Seal strips on either side of the flashing, creating a barrier between the flashing and roof tile to reduce drafts and unwanted pests, and ensure rainwater is directed off the roof and into the gutters.
Pressure washing
Elite’s high pressure cleaning service will not only restore the appearance of your roof, potentially adding value to your home, it also helps extend your roof’s lifespan by removing debris build-up that can cause deterioration, avoiding costly future repairs. Using professional-grade equipment and cleaning methods, Steve and the Elite Roofing team will have your home looking brand new again.
Timber and fascia repairs
We provide maintenance or replacement of the timber boards and fascia that run along the edge of a roof, just below the roofline. These parts are critical for both the structural integrity and appearance of your roof and gutter system.
Roof restorations
Our comprehensive restoration service involves repairing, cleaning, and protecting your existing roof — extending its lifespan, improving your home’s street appeal, and preventing costly future damage. Unlike a whole roof replacement, our restoration service utilises your existing roof structure as our starting point, which makes it a more affordable and less disruptive solution for you and your home.
Large and small roof repair work
The difference between large and small roof repairs comes down to the extent of the damage to the roof and underlying structure, the time needed to complete the job, and materials required to finish the repairs to our Elite standard.
We offer free inspections to determine whether a repair or full replacement is best for your situation.
Large repairs can take 1–3 business days, with more materials and labour required to complete your job. Large repairs include:
— Replacing entire roof sections or valley iron flashings
— Fixing structural timber, battens, or resarking
— Repointing or rebedding large areas of ridge caps
— Extensive leak damage affecting ceilings or insulation
Small repairs can be completed in a few hours, and include:
— Replacing a few cracked or missing tiles
— Fixing a small leak or sealing around a vent
— Repairing minor flashing damage
— Clearing a blocked gutter or downpipe
— Patching up a small hole or worn seal
